Introducing a four-week challenge created to expand, progress, and advance your barre practice. We will guide you and support you every step of the way as you create changes you love to achieve lasting results as you gather the ingredients needed to cultivate healthier nutritional habits and mindful self-talk to build your self- esteem and grow to love the skin you're in. 

With summer just around the corner, set yourself up with a month of unlimited classes to hit the ground running. From there, start booking as many classes as you can fit in. Win prizes for attending the most classes! Are you a morning #BarreAddict yet? An additional prize goes to the person who hits the most morning classes within the month! We have our early bird’s city Barre classes 7:05 am, and loads of classes to choose from at Rose Bay. 

Influence your friends! Bring/drag/coerce them along to your favourite sweat sesh, you know they’ll love it!

Memberships

If you're already an unlimited member, sign for the class challenge by coming to as many classes as you can manage and see if you can win the members' only 1 month Free!

If you're already on a lunch time membership or on a 2x weekly membership you can upgrade your membership for the month (see pricing below) 

 

Pricing

New members and package holders

$199 includes unlimited classes throughout the challenge

$250 includes nutrition and lifestyle e-book, Facebook access and unlimited classes throughout the challenge. Liza will check those nutritional diaries and mental/emotional self-talk with you weekly!

 

Members

For Unlimited memberships- nutrition and lifestyle guides are complimentary. We will tally up your attendance for you, just email to join.

For unlimited lunch time Memberships – a one-off payment of $40 in addition to your weekly membership fees, includes nutrition and lifestyle guides and an upgrade to unlimited classes throughout the month's challenge. 

For 2x weekly memberships- a one-off payment of $60 in addition to your weekly membership fee, includes nutrition and lifestyle guides and an upgrade to unlimited classes throughout the month's challenge.
